Last week Alan and I were at SQE’s Better Software / Agile Development conference in Las Vegas.

We had a great time at the conference and in the city.

At the conference Alan spoke on software quality and how to improve it using a Quality Process Assessment (QPA).

With a QPA we focus on preventing defects through out the full software life cycle and also include evaluating senior management, sales, and customer service as a root cause of defects.
